I often find it hard to swallow pills so to have something novel (and nice tasting!) is a wonderful alternative to the normal multi vit. They dissolve quite quickly in your mouth and the cherry cola flavour masks the taste of the vitamins and minerals nicely. This is definitely going to be my new daily multi!

But being a vegetarian or vegan is much more than simply cutting out meat. To ensure your diet is balanced and healthy, it’s important to know the common shortfalls.
