This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of their sight and reach. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow, this is normal. Some people have an allergic response to yeast but the allergen, which causes an allergic response, is a protein on the yeast cell wall and when broken down the protein’s ability to evoke an allergic response is lost.

This is the very best and for me the only multivitamin I would ever take because it is so well balanced that my body absorbs all of it rather than giving me the digestive problems that other brands so often do. I feel energised rather than uncomfortable. It is so good that I don't even need to take one every day as it truly supplements my diet.
