Protein packed muesli recipe

This muesli recipe is a great way to boost protein intake with the addition of organic cold milled hemp protein and organic cold milled flax seeds.

Hemp Protein is also a source of essential omegas, fibre and iron and excellent for vegetarians and vegans. It is raw and cold milled to preserve nutrients.



  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight jar. This will make about 6 servings.
  • Serve with milk of choice.
  • Why not add chopped banana or a grated apple for an additional boost.
