We are all facing a prolonged period of time at home with little normal social interaction. We all deal with things differently and I know some will relish the opportunity to step off the treadmill. However many of us will find this a huge challenge mentally.
Mental health is no longer the taboo it once was. Common mental health disorders are wide-ranging and can include generalized anxiety, depression, panic disorder and phobias.
Our immune system does a remarkable job at defending us against disease. Ensuring you have a balanced diet high in fruit and vegetables will help to keep it functioning as it should be. However there are times when we are particularly vulnerable to infections.
