We are all facing a prolonged period of time at home with little normal social interaction. We all deal with things differently and I know some will relish the opportunity to step off the treadmill. However many of us will find this a huge challenge mentally.
Teenagers go through huge mental and physical changes during adolescence and we know from the work of neuroscientists that adolescence isn’t only characterised by hormonal changes.
Turmeric is a wonderful spice, full of flavour and colour with health benefits to boot. It is the colour of golden sunshine and is used in Indian cookery in particular to add flavour and colour to food.
