Founded by trailblazers, Celia and Brian Wright, Higher Nature was built on a promise to use only good things.

Even after their era Higher Nature stands on a simple belief: living well doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from paying attention.

After years of building careers and raising a family, Kevin and Carmen found their focus shifting toward long-term health. Active, curious, and thoughtful, they wanted clearer answers about how to support energy, recovery, immunity, and wellbeing as life evolved.

What they found instead was confusion. Too much noise. Too little trust.

Together, Kevin and Carmen discovered Higher Nature. It wasn’t just about the products. It was the philosophy. A shared belief that wellness should be intelligent, accessible, and rooted in real nutrition.

Lynsey Vaughan (BSc, MSc)

Lynsey gained her masters in Human Nutrition in 2019. Passionate about the power of nutrition, she has a special interest in gut, thyroid health and autoimmunity. Inspired to help others following her own health journey, her food-first approach to nutrition is best captured in her own words. "Focus on nutrition by addition - it’s better to work on what you can ADD to your diet than what you can cut out."

Elizabeth Houston (Dip BCNH mbant mCNHC)

Since qualifying with BCNH from The College of Nutrition and Health in 2008, Elizabeth has been dedicated to educating people on how to achieve optimum health. Elizabeth has worked in busy clinics offering nutritional advice and has a real passion for helping people. Her number one piece of advice: "Keep it real, keep it simple, avoid fads and eat plenty of different vegetables."
