The powerful nutrient partnership! Alpha lipoic acid helps regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamins C and E and may increase their effectiveness. Acetyl-l-carnitine is produced naturally in your body and works in the energy producing cells. Everyday, your body is bombarded by free radicals, which contribute to the ageing process so you need additional, powerful antioxidants to help combat them. In addition, acetyl-l-carnitine is an amino acid which your body uses to build proteins, and also helps the transportation of fatty acids into the mitochondria or energy producing cells.
500mg Acetyl L Carnitine and 200mg alpha lipoic acid.
Take 1-2 capsules a day, with a meal.

I'd developed neuralgia ( pins and needles, tingling, burning) in one side of my face. After doing some research I read about Acetyl L Carnitine having shown positive results in Diabetics who suffer from peripheral neuropathy ( nerve pain in the hands and feet). I decided to give it a try and looked for a high quality product at a reasonable price - which I found on this website. After 2 weeks I have noticed a very significant improvement in symptoms and intend to continue using this supplement.
