I have been taking Higher Nature Vitamin K2 among other minerals and vitamins since 2011 to try and maintain my bone density. A recent DEXA scan shows a slight improvement, after previously maintaining the level for 2 years. I would recommend this product to anyone who has Osteoporosis.
