This product helped alot with my energy levels, and mood swings, i feel so much more livley and happy has not done anything to improve skin, hair or weight. its more just like an anti-depressant if not nothing else, i feel down when i dont take them

Didn't think they made that much difference until I stopped taking them for a while then realised just how better I felt with them. I won't be stopping them again.

Ageing is a hot topic, with 1960’s baby boomers predicted to outnumber children aged under five years by 2050. But whilst the population is ageing, healthy life expectancy in the UK is only 64 years for women and 63 years for men.
