Welcome to the Higher Nature website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Higher Nature’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Higher Nature” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Higher Nature Limited, 10 Discovery Way, Horam, Heathfield, England, TN21 0GE. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Please note that VAT charged on orders from this site are subject to local VAT rates

Before you have created and signed-in to your account, product prices are displayed on the site in GBP using UK VAT rate of 20% where it applies. Some products are zero-rated for VAT in the UK and therefore are priced without VAT.

Once you have signed-in and set the delivery address for your order, if that address is in a country with different VAT rates, these will then be applied.

This may cause prices you see on the site to change once you have signed-in. Also if your selected currency is not GBP that switch will also occur when you sign-in which again can make the displayed prices change.

Membership programme

Higher Nature’s Membership programme ceased inviting access for new members as of 28^th August 2024.

The Higher Nature Membership programme remains available for existing members. Members are required to maintain an active membership and must renew their membership before it expires annually. Renewal reminders are sent by email prior to membership expiry, alternatively you may call us on 0330 001 2747 or email us at customerservices@highernature.com to find out your membership expiry date. 

Membership benefits include:

• Save between 5% and 30% on every order
• Free UK shipping
• Receive our monthly newsletter and regular emails
• Choice of membership gift with your second order

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with Subscribe & Save discounts.

Subscribe & Save terms and conditions

Higher Nature's Subscribe & Save programme is subject a minimum of three reoccurring subscription before the subscription can be cancelled or amended.

You may change/amend the quantity, frequency, and dispatch date of your subscription after your three orders have been fulfilled by Higher Nature.

You may amend frequency and number of products, plus move the delivery dates by up-to one month.

Frequency of orders is typically every 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks.

There is no maximum limit on quantity of product in each order. Each subscription can incorporate multiple products and will be sent as one order if setup in the subscription platform.

You can amend your order up to 10:00pm the night before dispatch. Amendments after this time may not be accounted for and will result in dispatch of the previous subscription values.

Delivery charges as per standard Higher Nature charges, see our delivery webpage for details.

Only one delivery address will be used for the subscriptions. The delivery address can be updated via your account on the website, alternatively our helpful customer service can support changes to your subscription. Each delivery within a subscription order will incur a delivery fee.

Card payment will be debited on dispatch of first order and all subsequent order dispatch dates. If there is no payment card details on your account, or the payment card has expired, you can update this in the subscription portal or alternatively please call us to update your account.

The Subscribe & Save discount is 15% off the first three orders and then 10% off thereafter. Higher Nature reserves the right to amend the Subscribe & Save programme discount at any time. If programme discount changes result in your subscription cost increasing, Higher Nature will be in contact prior to this coming into effect.

Discount is based on total product retail value, excluding any current special offers and membership, and including VAT.

Discount is not given against cost of delivery.

New Year Subscribe & Save promotion

Terms and Conditions apply. Subject to change and availability. Higher Nature reserves the right to remove the offer at any time. Offer valid from 9^th January – 27^th February 2026. 30% off subscribe & save applies to the first order only when using the discount code NEW30. £15 minimum subscription purchase amount to activate the discount code and free gift. Limited to one use per customer. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Second and third subscription orders enjoy 15% off, then 10% thereafter. Discount does not apply to any applicable delivery charge. Free gift options are displayed once qualifying items are added to basket. One free gift per customer.

Refer a friend

Higher Nature’s refer a friend programme is subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as the websites main terms. The referrer is offered £5 to spend at Higher Nature on orders over £25, for each friend who orders for the first time. This offer is valid for 90 days from issuance. To qualify, the referred friend must be a new customer to Higher Nature and be 18 years+ and the friend must meet the programme requirements. Existing Higher Nature customers that are referred are ineligible. Referrer and friend will be communicated via email once rewards have been assigned, with details on redemption. There is no cash alternative. The friend will receive a £5 discount code, eligible for use on orders £25+. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Discount code cannot be split across multiple orders.

Special offers

Special offers run periodically every month and entitle you to save 15% on selected products. These products are featured on our offers page and feature a special offers icon and discount code. Please note that special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or membership discount. Special offers are subject to change and availability, and can be removed at any time. Special offers apply to one-time purchase options. You must apply the relevant discount code to activate the special offer saving.

Practitioner programme

Practitioner benefits have been designed specifically for professionally qualified health therapists, who are providing personal consultations to clients.

Account holders qualify for discounts on every order, a practitioner phone line for enquiries, and regular emails.

Before opening an account we will need to see your professional qualification certificate, this can be provided to us by email.

Higher Nature's practitioner programme offers a competitive order discount on every order. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts, including Subscribe & Save. 

SHOP10 promotion

Terms and conditions apply. Subject to change and availability. 10% off for 10 days ends midnight on Wednesday 8^th April 2026. 10% off sitewide, excludes discounted product lines and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes. Mobile Terms of Service

The Higher Nature mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Higher Nature (“Higher Nature”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Higher Nature’s SMS/text messaging/ WhatsApp service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages/ WhatsApp messages from and on behalf of Higher Nature through your network provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any Do Not Call list. You acknowledge that these messages may include service-related updates (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional messages (e.g., reminders about items left in your online shopping cart, special offers, or promotions). These messages may be triggered by actions such as adding items to your cart without completing checkout on our website. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. You confirm that you provided your mobile number voluntarily during website interactions, such as initiating checkout, and consent to receiving these messages unless you opt out. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Higher Nature. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your network provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your network provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to H Nature or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Higher Nature mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The network carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must notify us or re-register with your new number to continue receiving messages. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
