Shipping policy

Higher Nature’s deliveries are picked, packed and dispatched from our local warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day and aim to send the same day if we can.

All orders are sent with our trusted courier Royal Mail using Royal Mail 48™ (all standard orders) or Royal Mail 24™ (express shipping). For larger orders we also use Fedex.

Our delivery options:

  • FREE UK Royal Mail 48™ delivery with orders over £40*
  • £3.90 for UK Royal Mail 48™ delivery for orders under £40*
  • £4.99 to upgrade to an Express service - Royal Mail 24™*

*Please note Royal Mail services are not guaranteed services and can vary depending on levels of service locally. They aim to deliver the next working day for Royal Mail 24™ and within two working days for Royal Mail 48™, with a small minority within three working days.

Parcels move through the Royal Mail network Monday- Friday, though they will also deliver some parcels on a Saturday. This can be disrupted by extreme weather and bank holidays.  

Following recent global events, our delivery service can only be fulfilled to UK, Jersey and Guernsey.

If your parcel has not arrived, Royal Mail advises that you must allow up to 7 working days after the due delivery date for the item to arrive. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to factors such as high volumes or local issues, so claims or enquiries should not be raised until this waiting period has passed. If the parcel has still not been delivered after the 7 working days, further steps can then be taken to investigate the issue for you.

When will my order be sent?  

Higher Nature’s deliveries are picked, packed and dispatched from our local warehouse. We do our best to dispatch all orders within one business day and aim to send the same day if we can however this is not always possible. 

For express service via Royal Mail 24™ we advise you place your order by midday to ensure same day dispatch.

If your order is placed over the weekend it will not be processed until the Monday.

Safeplace

Higher Nature uses Royal Mail and Parcel Force couriers to delivery orders to customers. You will receive tracking information when the order has dispatched our warehouse. Higher Nature does not take responsibility for any safeplace requests.
