I've been taking these for 2 months as I've read they can help with the above. It has improved slightly and hasn't got any worse, so I think they're working.

I take this to support the immunity. helps with sinuses as well. have had M.E for long time and this really helps alongside B5 which I take in high doses for adrenals.

I have been taking a daily dose of these tablets for 4 months. Having been a sufferer of chronic urticaria for 13 years not much has helped.
