This muesli recipe is a great way to boost protein intake with the addition of organic cold milled hemp protein and organic cold milled flax seeds.
Hemp Protein is also a source of essential omegas, fibre and iron and excellent for vegetarians and vegans. It is raw and cold milled to preserve nutrients.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store in an airtight jar. This will make about 6 servings.
Serve with milk of choice.
Why not add chopped banana or a grated apple for an additional boost.
Ingredients
- 6 cups of porridge oats
- 1 cup Organic Cold Milled Flax Seeds
- ½ cup Organic Cold Milled Hemp Protein
- ½ cup chopped dates
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup of raisins
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids) finely chopped
